Bart Baggett: How are you are doing Wil?.

Will Hicks: Aha, I think I have always been like that. I guess because I come really sarcastic household and you always beyond your p’s and q’s and you always had to know what they say and I also ran a lot of people so I think that might have had a lot to do with it. 

Bart Baggett: Well I am hoping that you can share some of your secrets because Wil is not just a charming guy which I met you, you know at last week in Montreal but you actually built to business around helping other people create of what I would call attraction or what you call high probability dating, tell me a little bit about that.

Will Hicks: Well I mean it is basically it a process whereas you read most people only want to do what people that they like to trust and respect so that what the whole basis behind high probability stuff I mean most cases the guys are frustrated because they try to find ways to built attraction and that they are trying to find gimmicks, and using routine just of like that and personally we are not going to use routines because my memory just sucks. I mean now that I couldn’t use I look forgetive.

Bart Baggett: So if you can like a gimmick like if a man trying to talk to a woman trying to
memorize what they say when you walk up to, right.

Will Hicks: Yeah like other guys listen to me, come to me, and ask me, “Well what is the trick I brought?”, “where is the trick I applied?”, tell me what they say.

Bart Baggett: Right.

Will Hicks: So this process when that they came up with pretty much does away with that.

Bart Baggett: Now I actually get to sit in at one of your seminars and what I realized unlike other seminars because you know I am of course as an author and as a teacher I have been to all kinds of seminars throughout my life from you know general self-health to sales, persuasion, to even and we are trying to you know attraction in chemistry and relationships and it didn’t seem like a seduction seminar even though in your seminar that happen to be you know the guys that they I would say the same process would be applicable to our female listening to us just as well because this is all about finding people authentic self will that a way to say it.

Will Hicks: Aha, pretty much, I mean you get to I mean it is a way of having someone you just met open up and tell you things that they only tell someone that they trust them respect.

Bart Baggett: And as you know it is interesting I have of course been doing handwriting analysis since I was 14 one of the benefits that I have noticed right way because my dad you know taught me how to do it and I learned with him is I would look at somebody’s handwriting and even though the handwriting is very insightful the report in connection that it built had people sit down on our table, even waitresses, and tell us their whole life story like almost instantly uses magic tool and what you are also teaching is these I say techniques is they are not tricks or not manipulation they are actually authentic ways I guess that have people connect me to you.

Will Hicks: Right.

Bart Baggett: On a deeper level faster than the third or fourth day is that when I watch your premises.

Will Hicks: Oh Yeah, with this process you will find your biggest problem now be getting rid of the people.

Bart Baggett: It may be just probably get rid what sounds like that it is an invitation for soccer’s which I never felt stuck to have a soccer well in that I am ashamed I self may be you know at some point I would have a soccer really felt ____, but lucky man.

Will Hicks: Again that is a high quality problem like I guess.

Bart Baggett: You I know obviously you have always been a coach for men and women who want to improve their dating obviously you had a background before that. It is that something that led you to this sought of insight in psychology and insight to people?.

Will Hicks: Actually Yeah, because I was in New York City club bouncer.

Bart Baggett: You are bouncer at the club.
